Agnieszka Stepanek Family Coach

I am a certified coach, educator, and advocate of respectful, understanding-based parenting. I am a wife and a full-time mother of three boys. For years, I have been interested in child development, education, and parenting. I initially pursued this knowledge out of personal interest, wanting to better understand my own children and help them be themselves.

In recent years, I have completed numerous training programs and courses with well-known psychologists and family coaches to deepen my understanding of children and learn effective parenting approaches. When I realized that I wanted to pursue this work professionally, I began my training at The Neuro-Linguistic Programming Training Institute of Chicago and School of Life & Business Coaching.

Since 2018, I have organized educational meetings and workshops for parents and run the “Na Drodze Do Szczęścia” group for people seeking support in parenting and in better understanding themselves. If you feel that you cannot seem to connect with your child, the parenting methods you use are not working, you are constantly judging yourself as a parent, and you are not happy, I am here to help you understand the challenges you are facing and guide you through the process of change.
